social media as we have come to know it

hey there !
yes it has been a very long time and I am way overdue onthis blog posting poopy as I like to say. I have been tweeting away with tremendously talented people and have gotten to meet at least 4 of my tweets . That alone is amazing as they are incredibly talented.
So your not ready for this social media stuff or is it that you are afraid of it as ya just can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Well you are wrong and should not be afraid trust me. It is simple and it is a fabulous opportunity for small business’s to get there name out there to others who may be in their backyard or may even be an end user of their goods if that applies. It is really quite simple and that fact alone scares the hell out of people. There has to be a catch right? WRONG!

Simply put you are afforded the opportunity to tell those who wish to follow you or visa versa what you do. Now not every follow is for you so beware. I don’t follow people who do not have a bio or want to ride the coattails to use our ideas as their own. That is just nasty business and I have no time for that bullpoopy. Be smart and watch what they say and interact with them get to know them as you know your clients or friends .
We use it simply to put out what myself or our clients my be doing and what is happening in the arena of which we play whether it is entertainment, retail or restaurant related. It also affords those “socially shy” to get to meet people they would not have the balls to walk up to in a social networking event what I call the ‘wallflowers”. You know the type come on now the dances in high school were you in the middle of the pack or waiting to be asked to dance? Baby I was in the middle of the pack !! gee go figure
So try it don’t be afraid of it as it works if you works it ` more to come later I PROMISE!

Engage! be smart! be informative!

twas 5 days before christmas

I hope this finds you all well and safe. After the drive I had last night I dare to venture outside this morning as it took me over 3 hours to get home. It was a wild ride as one watchs the weather change in each county I went through.
Jose and Danny~ this went surprisingly well and Jose is quite the gentleman to say the least. He does wish to take Via on again and I am sure it will happen . My Bad Boy Danny was a great host and this will be a great fight ~
MAINLINE LIFE the saga continues~ Not to be harsh but lets be real here. Their stock in May was trading at .11 c so if they did not see the writing ( no pun) on the wall then what can I say? I had this conversation with Middle Managment at the Radnor Hunt races and they chose to stick it out . At that time I advised to start looking as it was only going to get worse as they are dinosours in this industry.
They indeed went frm a staff of 60 to 15, mostly middle managment is gone and of course the society people with the exception of Carol Springer, yes she is still there . I would have taken Susan Scoville over her anyday and that is a tuff sell here. I am sure Susan will be fine, just not getting free meals as Curtis is a doctor at Paoli Memorial ~ I have to keep it real!
So indeed I am sure some store owners who feel that they are important will indeed not see their mugs as much as they were used to can I say Dvan here? Oh my ! that is another whole saga in of itself !
So I still need to do shopping aorund this lovely weather as another storm is rolling in and I just am not ready for this season at all!
I wish you all a very happy holiday and I will keep you updated on the info as I get it!
