In mid-July, Stephane finalized plans to expand into the space next door, adding 6,900 square feet to the wholesale bakery. The additional space will be dedicated to cold and dry storage, mixing, and packing, allowing Au Fournil, Inc to continue meeting growing demand.
And now for the yummiest news of all… Saturday pickup is coming! Customers will be able to place their orders online and pick them up directly at the bakery. Hours and the official launch date will be announced as opening day gets closer.
